Gray Ghost offers picnic specials year-round! A block of cheese and basket of crackers for $6 (serves 2-3 people). Enjoy a bottle or glass of wine and relax in the gazebo and garden or the gorgeous Mosby Lounge! We look forward to your next visit! (Guests are always welcome to bring their own picnic as well!)

Celebrate the release of Gray Ghost's exquisite Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the incredible 2006 vintage year! Already a winner in nine wine competitions, including a Platinum at the Virginia Wine Lovers Competition and a Gold at the Virginia State Fair! This is the only time Gray Ghost opens the Reserve Cabernet! The evening's festivities include a buffet dinner by The Apple House of Linden, live music by the Seth Kibel Jazz Trio (of Washington, DC and Baltimore fame), and open wine bar. Advance ticket purchase required. $106.50 plus 9% state/local tax and 18% gratuity. Tickets currently on sale.

Enjoy a fun AND educational wine tasting experience. It is the ONLY weekend Gray Ghost opens barrels for wine tasting. Sample Cabernets, Merlot and Chardonnay from the barrel in the underground barrel room. Taste developing wines and experience blending! As we prepare to release Gray Ghost's third vintage of the Ranger Reserve (Bordeaux blend), join winemaker Al Kellert as he leads a class on the fine nuances of blended wines. Participants will taste each component in the Ranger Reserve blend (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot) and then experience the final blend.
